Delivery area: Currently, Native’s official website mainly ships within the United States and does not support direct international delivery (plans to expand to more countries in the future). Processing and packaging time: All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after receiving the order. Delivery time and method: Standard delivery: After the package is dispatched, it usually takes 3 to 7 working days to arrive. Expedited delivery: If the express service is chosen, the package is usually delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.

Address Accuracy Responsibility: Consumers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date delivery addresses. If the package is lost or damaged due to incorrect or incomplete address entry, the buyer will be held responsible for the consequences. Resale Restrictions: Native does not ship to third-party warehouses or distributors. If an order is suspected of being for resale or involves fraud, the official reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
